1) Please ensure that the selected item is in the correct colour and sizing before checking out. Hardy Hardy Singapore will not be able to amend your orders once they are confirmed. No exchanges or refund will be entertained for wrong items selected.

2) To avoid possible shipment delays, kindly ensure that all delivery information submitted during the checkout process are accurate.



1) All postage are handled by DPex unless stated otherwise. All orders are subjected to DPEX Worldwide Terms of Carriage printed on the Air Waybill or Dpex.

2) Local orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided after the order has been placed. Delivery will take 3-5 business days.

3) International shipping cost is calculated by the product weight and shipping address. A tracking number will be sent to the email you provided. Please allow 10-15 business days upon receiving tracking details for your shipment to arrive. The shipping price to your country will be calculated at check out. You can track your goods by enter the 12 digits under Track & Trace at the following website.

3) Overseas shipping is subjected to custom clearance and tax. Payment of customs fees or duties will be borne by the recipient, and are due at the time of delivery. For more information on customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for all costs incurred for undelivered parcels.

1) To be eligible for an exchange, the items must be unused with the original tags on and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

2) We only allow exchange of items if they are defective, sent wrongly or sent in the wrong size. Hardy Hardy Singapore must be notified within 24 hours from the time it is received.

3) Thereafter, you may choose to exchange your product, in its original condition, within 7 days for Singapore orders, and within 30 days for international orders. Sale items may not be refunded, returned nor exchanged.


4) To exchange, kindly contact us at, explaining the reason for the exchange. Once we approve of the return, you can send the item to the address we provide. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the return of your item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

5) In the event of goods damaged during delivery, kindly provide a clear photo of the damaged item within 24 hours upon receiving it. Replacements will be investigated on a case by case basis.
