EXCHANGE POLICY
1) To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused with original tags on and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2) We only allow exchange of items if they are defective, sent wrongly or sent in the wrong size. Hardy Hardy Singapore must be notified within 24 hours from the time it is received.
3) Thereafter, you may choose to return or exchange your product, in its original condition, within 7 days for Singapore orders, and within 30 days for international orders. Sale items may not be refunded, returned nor exchanged.
4) To exchange, kindly contact us at enquiry@hardyhardy.com.sg, explaining the reason for exchange. Once we approve of a return/exchange, you may send the item to the address provided. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the return of your item/s. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
5) In the event of goods damaged during delivery, kindly provide a clear photo of the damaged item within 24 hours upon receiving it. Replacements will be investigated on a case by case basis.
